Alan graduated from SUNY-Binghamton in 1986 and joined Shanholt Glassman Klein Kramer & Co. that same year. Since then he has developed a broad range of knowledge in all facets of the real estate industry and is experienced in both the audit and tax areas.

This dual approach enables him to assist with the business, accounting and tax issues facing each client, while at the same time being able to tap into the expertise of others in the firm when necessary. The strong commitment to the real estate niche is a powerful differentiator for Alan and the firm, resulting in Alan’s ability to maintain high client retention across multiple generations. In fact, some clients have been around so long, no one can even remember when the relationships first began! When asked, the client’s response is always the same, “We have been with them forever.”

Alan is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs.
